  • Where do you ship?

    We ship globally!

  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. International shipping arrivals take anywhere from a week or two longer than domestic US shipments.

  • What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

    We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we'll do our best to locate it. Please be aware that our products are in the care of the carriers once they leave our hands and can be delayed at their facilities. Once the delivery period has passed and if the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Returns

  • What items are eligible for return?

    Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with tags still attached, and they must be unwashed and unworn. 

  • What is the exchance/return process?

    • Email shop@purplepinkpassion.com with your order number and item you’d like to return or exchange. Ship your package within 14 days of receiving it.(Please contact us as soon as possible for exchanges so that we can try our best to make sure we can get the proper size and colors for you before an item sells out.)

    • Make sure you keep your tracking information to verify your return has been made
    • Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive your item! 
    • Please keep in mind merchandise must be new, unworn, unaltered with tags attached, and free of all perfume and make-up.
